The Guild sponsors a biennial auction of member-donated items that takes place during the April meeting of the Guild.

During the three months preceding the auction, the Auction Committee meets to organize donated items, prepare them for sale and organize the auction. The auction setup includes sales tables for fabrics and books, a silent auction, and a live auction at the end of the event. Proceeds of the auction are used to support various activities of the Guild, pay for speakers, purchase equipment, and support charitable activities.
